- Profusely branching, stems upright or bend, 12-30 cm long. Terminal stems more angled, 12-22 cm long, 4 mm diameter, reddish. Areoles close together with small red scales and 5-6 spines. Flower white, with 5 petals. Fruit small, pink to white.

- Brazil. Common in coastal areas, epiphytic and epilithic.
